Meet Our Team

Megan Spindel Thomas,

Megan Spindel Thomas joined Medical Art Resources, Inc. in 2010 after completing her master’s degree coursework and clinical internship at the University of Illinois Chicago in biomedical visualization. As a student, she was thrilled to discover the field of anaplastology which allows her to combine her love of art and anatomy while meeting and working with patients. Megan is a gifted artist—mastering sculpting and color matching skin with ease. Our patients enjoy her gentle demeanor and technical mastery.

Megan was awarded Certification in Clinical Anaplastology by the Board for Certification in Clinical Anaplastology (BCCA) in 2014 and is committed to continued learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of techniques and materials. She is currently serving as Vice President-Elect of the International Anaplastology Association and has contributed ear-themed artwork to two Oto-Art fundraisers, which raised money in support of the Walter Spohn Educational Fund (WSEF). Megan also serves as Fundraising Chair of the WSEF, whose mission is the advancement of the field of anaplastology through support of research and education.

A native of West Virginia, Megan has enjoyed exploring Wisconsin and making it home.
